For new purchasers we will assist in obtaining fiscal identity numbers and in all cases we will ensure that all utility contracts are transferred from Completion.

 

Documentation prepared in Spanish is translated for all clients so that they can understand each step of the transaction. In all instances clients are personally represented throughout up to and including representation at the Notary for Completion.

 

Following Completion all applicable taxes and fees are paid and the deed fully registered. For sellers we provide full representation before the tax office to ensure that any monies retained are returned.
