The firm was founded by Senior Partner, Glyn Moran LL.B. (Hons), who originally qualified as a solicitor in the England. Duirng this time he was involved in as series of high profile cases which included the Group action against the airline industry for DVT and the Paddington rail crash disaster. In addition, he was involved in the landmark House of Lords judgment in a series of cases which dealt with the situation where lenders seek to obtain possession of property charged  by a spouse to guarantee borrowings by their husband. Speaking fluent Spanish Glyn transferred to Spain, working in Marbella, Moraira and later Jávea.

 

Now practicing in Spain in conjunction with Spanish lawyers Glyn writes on a monthly basis for Viva! magazine on Spanish legal and taxation matters and he has also written for the London Evening Standard on Spanish Property. As a firm we now also produce a detailed Guide to Buying, Selling & Owning Spanish Property.

 

In addition, having practised in England for over 30 years in Family Law and Child Care work, one of our Partners is able to offer detailed advice to English nationals with respect to divorce and associated matters.
