Principally they are concerned with detailed advice in respect of Family Law, Divorce and Child Care matters by a Partner who is registered as a Panel member in the UK. During his years in practice in England he worked in private practice, in Partnership and also in specialist proceedings involving local authorities.

 

It is sometimes the case that English nationals who have moved to Spain take the decision to separate and one or both may then return to the UK. Naturally their affairs must be put in order and should they have children decisions in respect of custody and access must be made. In such circumstances proceedings may well commence in England or Wales with the party in Spain still requiring advice. In such circumstances we aim to provide comprehensive advice and guidance at what can be a difficult time.

 

More generally, in the context of proceedings in the UK we can also arrange for the transfer of property held in Spain or severance of joint ownership in accordance with a Court Order to that effect.
