As with many matters in Spain the process of formation is both bureaucratic and time consuming with interested parties required to deposit funds in nominated accounts and ultimately sign before a Public Notary.

 

We ensure that the process is as stress fee as possible and as a complete package we will arrange for all paperwork to be prepared, for a company fiscal number (CIF) to be assigned, for registration with the tax office and payment of all relevant costs. This is all provided for one competitive fixed fee.

 

Alternatively, for individuals who wish to commence a business activity and register as self-employed we can similarly arrange for registration with your local tax office, with the Social Security and then provide on-going fiscal representation to ensure that VAT and Income Tax returns are filed correctly and on time.
